The online publishing service BleuIndigo offers the following services to authors from 10 to 18 years:
PUBLISHING SERVICE
This is a PUBLISHING SERVICE which includes the following services: supervision of the authors, obtaining an ISBN issued by the authorized Canadian agency, the linguistic, the work of design, implementation page, the digital implementation, and a website dedicated to the book and its author. Everything including a cooperative marketing and advertising for the sale of their book. GeoTargeting by Google: In all English-speaking countries.
THE COST OF SERVICE
The service cost has been reduced dramatically, to allow greater accessibility to the world of publishing for authors and greater ease for parents. We offer all these services for the modest sum of $ 199.99 for each book to be published.
THE PAYMENTS TO THE AUTHOR
On a monthly basis, the author will receive, if applicable, a check issued in his name or, where applicable, its legal guardian.
This check will be accompanied by a detailed sales report. Please note that in the absence of any sale checks and report will NOT be issued.
SELLING PRICE AND PAYMENT
Here's how BleuIndigo establish the selling price, when your book is finished. The principle is very simple since it relies on the number of pages that includes the book itself. We set this to 0.99 cents per dozen pages, giving a 100 page book, a price of $ 9.90 for sale online and for download in PDF format.
To provide better security and a detailed monitoring of transactions, payment for the purchase of books online is via PayPal payment gateway, this via account of Éditions Blue Indigo. (See THE PAYMENTS TO THE AUTHOR in section SERVICES)
HUMANITARIAN CONTRIBUTION AND ADVERTISING COOPERATION
Working with youth for many years, we have established multiple partnerships with humanitarian agencies. To teach youth about the problems experienced by people around them and the world, we have established a levy of 5% for each sale of the book, which will be sent to humanitarian agencies as indicated in the Mission page. Another 5% (approximate) is directly deducted at source by the PayPal payment service, for each transaction. Another 5% is also levied as a contribution to the cooperative advertising. This cooperation helps to ensure that books and their authors are listed on search engines and also to finance advertising campaigns on Google. Another 5% for management etc ...
